The Singer

In her early age singing had always been a passion of M.J.'s. She had dreams of being a singer but never that she'd be blessed to partake in it it the way she has. Like many singers she started off singing in church and still loves it to this day. One thing she was known for in High School was her smooth sultry voice...and for always bursting out in the middle of class....SINGING. One thing M.J. is also known for is her ear for music. Harmony has always been something easy for her. One motto that she has is that a lot of people can sing but not a lot of singers can hear. Since moving to Los Angeles she has been tremendously blessed to background sing behind some of the best artists and musicians in the field. She's made many Television appearances such as The Grammys, American Idol, The X Factor, The American Music Awards, The TV Land Awards, Steve Harvey's Little Big Shots, The BET Awards, Taraji P. Henson's White Hot Holidays, Marie Claire Young Women's Honors, 2018 Stand Up To Cancer, The Morgan Freeman Tribute, etc. with celebrities and legends like Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Kanye West, Chance The Rapper, Jordan Sparks, Andra Day, Alicia Keys, Neyo, Garth Brooks, Nick Jonas, Janelle Monae, Amber Riley, Javier, Empire's Jussie Smollet, Grace Vanderwaal, Little Big Town and have stuck with her roots singing behind many gospel artists. She has also been blessed to work with major artists such as Lukas Graham singing background vocals on his album, 'The Purple Album' released October 26th, 2018.

MJ is currently in the works of beginning to finally perform solo and put out some music of her own but will still continue to sing Background for awesome artists. Stay tuned for what's to come!
